Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Explore new business opportunities.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales target.
  • Design sales strategic business plan and marketing analysis that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Prepare visual sales kits, proposals, sales materials and presentation to customers.
  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting and exhibit channel management.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales potentialities, market research, project pipeline/sales report to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 5 years working experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Sales Executive.
  • Relevant sales experience in IT and Audio Visual products will be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Confident, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Strong presentation and communications skills

Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Lighting control products)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling client accounts with new and existing customers
  • Establish new and nurture existing client partnerships within the architects, contractors, and consultancy sector.
  • Coordinate with team members and managers to establish new market and business revenues
  • Achieve growth and hit sales target
  • Prepare visual sales kits, proposals, sales materials and presentation to customers
  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting and exhibit channel management.
  • Present sales potentialities, market research, project pipeline/sales report to management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering related discipline will have an advantage but not necessary
  • Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience within the Construction / E&M sector / Building Service
  • Strong solid network connections with architects, contractors, developers and consultancy firms will be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Confident, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Strong presentation and communications skills
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager and/or Sales Executive
